  • We like to check-in to ensure we’re creating content that’s aligned with your business goals. Plus the more we get to know you, the easier it is to create authentic content in your tone of voice. BUT, we’re all for making your life easier, so if it’s easier to voice note, we can make that work too!

  • If you want peace of mind that your content will get published you can add a scheduling service to your package. Please note, this only works if you approve your content in a timely manner.

  • A branded presence is important when it comes to marketing as it helps your audience recognise you. We’ll work with you to agree on a style for your content. Or if you want our recommendations for a branding expert, just ask!

  • High quality photos are a must, blurry, grainy low quality photos just won’t cut it anymore. Although we advise that you upload to your client google drive any photos or material in your content bank, we can source stock photos if this isn’t possible.

  • Yes, your social media is still your social media, so show up and show off on your new snazzy socials. You’ll be able to see what’s been planned in your bespoke built AirTable base. Just be mindful of the quality of your content… we’re not one to judge but you hired us for a reason.

  • Social media can move quickly and sometimes we need to respond to something that has happened. We’ll always do our best to create reactive content if the need emerges. Just bear in mind it might take us 24 hours during the working week to do so.
